We’re pleased to announce SkillsServe 4.32 launched in January 2015.
What’s new in this version?
Authenticated login to a third party site via SkillsServe
|Benefits||Users can now access third party services via SkillsServe using SAML for Outbound Single Sign On. This means that SkillsServe can be a gateway to other systems that implement SAML.|
|How it works||SkillsServe works with the third party site to authenticate users using the SAML protocol to allow them quick and easy access without separate user names and passwords.|
The external link can be displayed in a variety of ways. For example, a portlet on the homepage or a link in a public wiki space or even in a piece of induction training made with the eCreator.
|How to get this||This is a configurable part of SkillsServe 4.32. For more information please contact the Helpdesk at email@example.com or on 0844 800 3316.|
